I cannot begin to express how wonderful it was to stay here when on Kalymnos.

First, the location. Unbeatable. You are directly under the Aegean tavern, two steps from the sandiest side of Masouri beach and close to all of the restaurants and shops. The apartment is down a few steps, putting it away from the noise of the street and there are no neighbours on either side.

Second, the apartment. The balcony is incredible with amazing views of the sea and Talendos. I watched the beautiful sunset every night. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is lots of space. We didn't need to use the sofa beds, but even if we had had more people, I still think we would have had plenty of space.

And lastly, the hosts. Vasilia and Giannis are beautiful people. They made me feel that I was family. Wonderful, amazing hosts. We were welcomed by a spread of amazing olives they grew, honey, cheese, fruit, olive oil and baked goods. I felt like a Greek goddess laying on the daybed of the balcony and enjoying these treats.
